When Jesus was on earth he issued some amazing invitations. “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink”, he said. “Whoever drinks the water I give him will never be thirsty again.” Another time he said, “Come unto me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Many of us have come to him and found that he is as good as his word. He has quenched our thirst for peace; he has given us true rest for our souls, and more. He still invites, and we welcome you to come and hear from the Bible how he can satisfy your deepest need as well.
